The Prairie Arts Council presents a reading and book signing featured writers Charles Kerlin and Angela Palm. Dr. Kerlin, author of Fishing's No Good Without You, is the chair of the English Department at Saint Joseph's College. Angela Palm, editor of Please Do Not Remove, owns Ink + Lead Literary Services and is a 2004 Saint Joe grad.
